Strategic
Conduct occupational health hazard assessment & suggest for improving the condition at workplace for management of occupational health hazards.
Fulfil all the relevant statutory requirement under Factories Act & Rajasthan Factories Rules
Develop & Implement General & Occupational health procedures & Protocol in line with ISO requirement & best practices
Referral services with tie up with local hospitals & specialist.
Guiding and assisting management in addressing and correcting Occupational Health issues.
Operational
Pre & Periodical medical examination of workers, employees to ensure fitness before deployment
First-aid care including emergency medical treatment
Conduct statutory health check up & coordinate the visit of certifying surgeon
Maintain the medicine stock & inventory, specific antidote at site OHC
Medical record upkeep and maintenance as per the provision of Factories Act & Rules and ISO requirement.
Generate database of employee health records with trends and provide necessary advice
Impart Health education including advisory services on Occupational hazard, First aid, personal hygiene, environmental sanitation and safety etc.
Overall Management of OHC to manage any medical emergencies
Financial
Monitor & control Medical Centre Revenue budget
Propose any Capex projects.
Prepare Revenue budget
People
Referral services with necessary medical advise
Occupational Health & General health awareness training including first aid training for the employees
Works with Site EHS lead to Improve leading HSE Metrics to sustain and further improve EHS Management at site
Educational Qualification
MBBS
Diploma in Industrial Health (DIH) or Certificate of Training in Industrial Health recognized by state Government
Experience
Minimum 1-8 years in managing OHC in an Industrial set up
