Lead - Leadership Development (Immediate Start)

Job Purpose :

The Lead for Leadership Development at Suzlon Energy Ltd. will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing leadership development initiatives across the corporate level. This role is crucial for fostering a culture of continuous learning and leadership excellence within the organization.

The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience to cultivate leadership capabilities that align with Suzlon’s strategic objectives and Business transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership Strategy Development :

• Create and execute a comprehensive leadership development strategy that aligns with corporate objectives and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with C-suite, Hi Potential executives to identify leadership capabilities required for organizational success and align to the larger purpose and values

Intervention Design Solutioning and Implementation :

Coaching and Mentoring :

Qualifications :

Education : Master’s degree in Psychology, Learning Design , Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
