Title : Senior CIAM Engineer

Location : Pune - Hybrid

Department : Global Cybersecurity

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Senior CIAM Engineer to design, deploy, and support Fluidra’s global customer and workforce identity solutions using Auth0 and Okta . You will ensure secure, scalable, frictionless authentication experiences while collaborating closely with cybersecurity, IT, and digital product teams.

Key Responsibilities

CIAM / IAM Architecture

  • Design and maintain Auth0-based CIAM and B2B architectures.
  • Integrate applications via OAuth2, OIDC, SAML .
  • Develop custom authentication using Auth0 Actions, Rules, Hooks .
  • Manage Auth0 Organizations, log streaming, Attack Protection, and automation via the Management API.
  • Support integrations with SAP, ecommerce, and IoT platforms .
  • Assist in migration from legacy IAM platforms to Auth0.

Security & Zero Trust

  • Implement MFA, passwordless, adaptive access , and Zero Trust controls.
  • Integrate authentication events with SIEM.

    • Automation & Operations

  • Build CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
  • Use Terraform for Auth0 / Okta configuration automation (GitOps).
  • Automate IAM tasks with Python or PowerShell .
  • Monitor tenant health, rate limits, API usage, and SLA metrics.

    • Governance & Compliance

  • Contribute to access certification and governance processes.
  • Maintain documentation per ISO 27001 / SOC2 .
  • Support identity audits and compliance reviews.

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of IAM experience, including 3+ years hands-on with Auth0 .
  • Deep knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, API security .
  • Experience with Okta UD, LCM, SCIM, Workflows, Identity Engine .
  • Strong CI / CD and automation background.
  • Exposure to Zero Trust architectures and governance.
  • Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in global environments.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Auth0 Certified Professional or Okta CIAM Developer.
  • Experience supporting high-scale environments (10k+ users).
  • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, or ecommerce integrations.
  • Bachelor’s in computer science, Information Security, or equivalent.
