HR Consultant Internship in Vadodara (Hybrid)

As an HR Consultant intern at Unessa Foundation, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team to support our mission of empowering individuals and communities. • Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices to provide recommendations for improvement.

• Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement training and development initiatives.
• Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
• Provide support in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and policy interpretation.
• Help maintain HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
