Roles and Responsibilities

Design and develop integration solutions using CAI (Cloud Application Integration) and CIH (Integration Hub).
Publish APIs for external customers and ensure they can securely consume the services.
Configure and execute Integration Hub Publications to enable data synchronization between systems.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define API specifications, data mapping, and integration logic.
Ensure integrations meet performance, reliability, and scalability standards.
Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize integration processes and API calls.
Document integration flows, API endpoints, and publication configurations for future maintenance.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure proper deployment and version control of integrations.

Required Skills :

Proven experience with CAI (Cloud Application Integration) and CIH (Integration Hub).

Strong understanding of API management, including RESTful API design, publishing, and consumption.

Experience in Integration Hub Publication configuration and execution.

Proficiency in JSON, XML, and scripting languages used for integrations.

Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.) for APIs.

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting integration issues and debugging workflows.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with customers and internal teams.
