Optimization Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Optimization Engineer who can drive business outcomes through the design and implementation of large-scale optimization pipelines.

About the Role :

  • The successful candidate will develop mathematical models to solve complex business problems and create scalable optimization pipelines using Gurobi and Python.
  • They will work closely with customers to understand their challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
  • The Optimization Engineer will also communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and stay up-to-date with research in operations research.

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience in optimization or applied data science.
  • Strong experience with Gurobi, CPLEX, or OR-Tools.
  • Solid mathematical foundation in optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced degree (MS / PhD) in Operations Research or related field.
