Key Responsibilities :
Facility Operations & Oversight :
- Manage daily operations of facilities including M&E systems , housekeeping , equipment , and conference rooms
- Maintain all records related to facility management performance
- Develop and submit MIS reports for management review
- Lead monthly progress meetings in the absence of the operations manager
- Conduct performance reviews and appraisals for staff
- Train team members on quality policies and procedures
Service Delivery & Client Relationship :
Ensure delivery of professional, value-driven services that exceed client expectationsAdvise clients on maintenance budgets and cost planningDevelop SLAs and ensure vendor resources match service requirementsCoordinate with procurement teams for vendor agreementsAssist in client billing, invoicing , and payment follow-upsContract & Vendor Management :
Define terms and scope for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)Conduct tendering exercises , comparative analyses , and recommend suitable subcontractorsAudit vendors for material quality and site maintenance standardsMonitor subcontractor compliance with training schedules and maintenance proceduresEnsure subcontractor adherence to labor law compliance , including minimum wage regulationsPreventive Maintenance & Compliance :
Review and maintain the Preventive Maintenance Register (PMR)Set annual cost-saving goals for energy and maintenance operationsCoordinate with specialist consultants for regulatory complianceCross-functional Collaboration :
Liaise with HR and Operations Manager to identify training needs for the FM teamWork with the Finance Team for smooth billing and invoicing operationsMaintain proactive communication with client representatives for relationship and payment managementRequirements :
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred : Building Management or Business )5–8 years of experience in Facilities ManagementStrong background in contract management , operations oversight , and vendor supervisionExcellent communication , leadership , and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage both strategic planning and day-to-day operationsSkills Required
