Job descriptionStrong proficiency in Golang (Go) with 5+ years of hands-on experience. Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs , and distributed systems. Experience with concurrency, caching, and performance tuning in Golang. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes , and containerized deployments. Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). Hands-on experience with Git , CI / CD tools , and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) . Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving skills, debugging expertise, and system design knowledge. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with high-traffic, low-latency backend systems . Familiarity with API Gateway, gRPC, or GraphQL . Exposure to DevOps and infrastructure automation tools. Prior experience in mentoring and technical leadership .

About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Golang Developer to join our engineering team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Golang (Go) and distributed system design. You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance APIs and microservices that power next-generation enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance microservices using Golang .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, DevOps, and QA to deliver quality software on time.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code , adhering to best coding practices and design patterns.
- Integrate RESTful APIs , third-party services, and backend components.
- Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance application reliability.
- Implement CI / CD pipelines and contribute to deployment automation .
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions , and mentor junior developers.
- Work within an Agile / Scrum environment , ensuring iterative and efficient delivery.
