Earnpaste.com is a link / text content monetization platform of the modern era, built for creators, community owners, and digital marketers. We give Telegram channel admins, Discord server admins, and other high engagement traffic sources a platform to turn the traffic to their "link / text content" into money.

The Role

We're growing our early growth team — and we're seeking community-aware, self-driven individuals who can reach out to Telegram, Discord, and other community admins, and onboard them to Earnpaste.

This is a fully remote, freelance, commission-based role. It's ideal for :

Students & recent graduates Looking to break into digital marketing, growth, or community-building

Freelancers, creators, or outreach specialists w ith strong communication skills and experience in online engagement

Experienced professionals f rom sales, affiliate marketing, or community management seeking high-upside remote work

Self-motivated individuals who thrive in performance-driven roles and want flexible, uncapped earning potential

Responsibilities

Find and reach out to the appropriate community admins (Telegram, Discord, Reddit, etc.)

Describe how Earnpaste operates, its advantages, and how it compares to competitors

Help onboard interested admins to the platform

Ensure they use it actively for at least 7 days

Report leads and usage via a shared tracker

What You’ll Earn

₹500 to ₹2000 per successful onboarding (based on group size and activity)

5% lifetime revenue share from each onboarded user (in dollars)

Performance bonuses + commission upgrades for top contributors

Potential to join Earnpaste in a long-term role or leadership position

⚠️ Note : This is a commission-only role — there is no fixed monthly salary .

Who We’re Looking For

Strong communication and messaging skills

Familiar with Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or similar platforms

Fluent in English — both written and spoken (mandatory)

Self-motivated, responsible, and outcome-focused

Previous experience in outreach, affiliate marketing, or community engagement is a plus — but not required
