MediSim VR is a MedTech company on a mission to improve healthcare training through immersive Virtual Reality (VR). We aim to make clinical skill-building more practical, accessible, and effective for students and professionals in medicine, nursing, and allied health sciences.

Founded in 2018 at IIT Madras, we became the first Indian startup to be a resident company of Johnson & Johnson Innovation Labs in Boston. Today, MediSim VR supports the world's largest content adoption for VR-based healthcare training, with over 6,500 active users across our VR labs in 15 institutions and more than 60,000 simulation hours delivered globally. We help bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world practice, enabling healthcare learners to train repeatedly in a safe, controlled environment.

Position Summary :

We are looking for interns who are excited to apply their skills in a dynamic, tech-forward healthcare environment. This is an interdisciplinary role where your contributions will vary depending on the team you collaborate with —whether it&aposs research, marketing, or industry engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Depending on your team placement, your responsibilities might include :

Aiding in the development of research protocols
Conducting literature reviews to inform research and content development
Engaging in scientific and informal content writing
Supporting stakeholder engagement and customer communication efforts
Assisting in organizing and supporting events, workshops or outreach activities
Helping map and profile key opinion leaders (KOLs) and industry experts relevant to our product lines

Profile Requirements :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology (MUST)

Experience with academic or applied research (MUST)

Familiarity with research design, methods, and data collection

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Good communication and writing skills

A genuine interest in the intersection of psychology, healthcare, and immersive technology
