Thermal Testing and Validation Testing

Qualification : Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech Mechanical

Total Experience : 3-5 Years

Requirement Date : Immediate

NOTE : 1 to 2 years of Thermal testing experience is Mandatory.

Detailed Job Description :

Experience in product design validation, particularly in thermal and mechanical areas, is required.

Familiar with test execution and equipment such as thermal chambers, thermocouples, data loggers, and DAQ systems.

Skilled in writing test protocols, generating test reports, and using basic lab equipment for both mechanical and hardware devices.

Experience with server and networking products is preferred.

Strong communication and customer interaction abilities.

Knowledge of thermal analysis, Python scripting, and test automation.

Proficient in creating test plans, executing tests, and reporting results.

Experienced in handling power supplies, electronic loads, data loggers, thermocouple installation and removal, IR cameras, air velocity sensors, and heat sink assemblies.

Capable of setting up tests, system bring-up and troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance.

Familiar with MDVT, EDVT, and environmental testing for networking products.

Knowledgeable in operating thermal chambers both remotely and manually.

Effective lab equipment management, inventory, and calibration.

Proficient with Excel macros for efficient data analysis.

Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to complete tasks.

Understand optics and can select appropriate cables for various optics.

Experience with traffic generators and L2 / L3 traffic configuration is an advantage.

Knowledge of airflow measurements for networking products is preferred.

Basic understanding of Linux / Unix, script creation, bug identification, and script correction is preferred.
