Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Managing Partner, located in Kim. The Managing Partner will oversee daily operations, strategic planning, and resource management, and ensure smooth collaboration across all departments. Responsibilities include driving business growth, managing client relations, analyzing performance metrics, and leading teams to meet organizational objectives. The Managing Partner will also play a key role in financial decision-making and identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor and guide teams
• Strategic planning, project management, and organizational skills
• Financial acumen and experience with budget management and resource allocation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client and team relationships
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical thinking skills
• Flexibility to adapt to challenges and opportunities in a dynamic work environment
• Experience in the industry or a relevant field is a strong asset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
