This candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Calling & Follow-Up : Engage with potential NIIT learners to communicate NIIT’s mission of providing career advancement opportunities.
2. Sales Lifecycle Management : Manage the entire sales closing lifecycle for assigned leads, including :
1. Continuous Communication : Maintain consistent communication with leads through phone, email, chat, and social media during the pre and post-sales processes.
2. Record Maintenance : Keep detailed records of all interactions and communications with leads and customers.
