About the Role – Business Manager (Design) :

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Business Manager – Design to lead and drive design delivery across 12–15 projects per month. You will manage a team of 6–10 interior designers, ensuring high design productivity, exceptional customer experience, and consistent project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee end-to-end design management for multiple residential projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of 6–10 designers to meet monthly design targets.
• Ensure timely and high-quality design deliveries.
• Drive exceptional customer experience and manage client relationships.
• Conduct regular training, design reviews, and technical discussions.
• Monitor design satisfaction through Net Promoter Score (NPS) and improve team performance accordingly.
