Job description

Job Title : : L2 / L3 Support Engineer (AS400)

Location : : Bengaluru, India (Hybrid)

Job Description : Top Skills :

  • AS400
  • RPG / COBOL
  • SQL / DB2
  • Exposure to .Net / Java

Core / Must Have :

  • Troubleshooting skills : Ability to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
  • Communication skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High end reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Application monitoring tools - Dynatrace, IBM monitoring and ability to read logs.
  • Technical proficiency : Good understanding of AS400 operating system, RPG, Cobol, DB2, CL (Command Line); SQL skills.
  • Mid Technical proficiency : Good understanding of Windows operating system, .Net, Java, API, and SQL skills.
  • Primary / Should Have :

  • Application expertise : Experience in .Net, API, and Java development experience.
  • Understanding of networking concepts.
  • Knowledge management and ability to create reliable and clear SOP documents.
