Key ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight : Ensure all work aligns with project blueprints, specifications, and deadlines. Team Management : Supervise and coordinate construction workers, subcontractors, and other on-site staff, providing guidance and support. Safety & Compliance : Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, conduct safety inspections, and manage accident protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Quality Control : Inspect work to ensure it meets established quality standards and building codes. Resource Management : Monitor the use and condition of materials and equipment on site. Communication : Act as a liaison between workers, management, clients, architects, and engineers, relaying instructions and progress reports. Documentation : Keep accurate records of site activities, work done, material consumption, and daily reports.
