About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead to guide and grow our Tech team.

As the technical lead, youll be responsible for architecting solutions, writing clean and scalable code, mentoring developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of full stack applications.

Youll play a key role in technology decisions, quality assurance, and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Design teams.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full stack applications.
• Own technical decisions and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Guide and mentor team members through code reviews, architecture discussions, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical specs.
• Ensure high standards for performance, security, and maintainability.
• Help manage project timelines, sprint planning, and issue tracking.
• Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve engineering productivity.
• Drive CI / CD practices and oversee cloud infrastructure when needed.
