Digital Advertising Specialist

The Role
This hands-on role involves managing campaigns, tracking results, and experimenting with new ideas to grow customer base and brand awareness. The main focus is managing digital ads so expertise in this area is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage paid media campaigns (Google, Bing, Meta, Display, etc.), optimizing for return on ad spend (ROAS) and conversions.
- Track budgets, forecast spend, and report on performance weekly / monthly.
- Manage website analytics stack (GA4, GTM, GSC, Hotjar), driving conversion rate optimization experiments and SEO improvements.
Additional Responsibilities
Lead social presence to build brand love and drive sign-ups.Spot growth opportunities and test new marketing channels.Support partnerships, local collaborations, and PR efforts.Leverage AI tools to streamline campaign creation, reporting, and insights.Requirements
Proven experience in paid media advertising and budget management.Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision making.Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.Creative eye and copywriting skills to keep messaging on-brand.Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment.Eager to experiment, learn, and continuously improve.You'll join a team rewriting how people think about laundry.
