Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Site Material Planner, Site Buyer, Key User & Regional Business Process Experts), manage materials planning processes, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of creating material planning documents in GSI (Alstom ERP Solution) and communicating delivery requirements to suppliers, but also coordinating with internal and external networks to execute tasks within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).We’ll look to you for : Executing materials planning processesEnsuring accurate information is available for Site Material Planner referenceCoordinating with internal and external networksActing as a representative of the site when interacting with suppliersEnsuring compliance with our service standards and protocolsContributing to continuous improvement initiativesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
