Primary Job Title : Sales Consultant
About The Opportunity
A results-driven role within the Technology & Services sales sector focused on on-site B2B revenue growth across India. You will work directly with prospective clients to understand business problems, propose solutions, and close deals—driving measurable commercial outcomes in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own a defined territory : generate and qualify leads, build a sales pipeline, and achieve monthly / quarterly revenue targets through on-site client engagements.
- Deliver consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs; convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle : prospecting, needs analysis, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Maintain accurate opportunity and activity records in CRM; forecast revenue and report progress to sales leadership.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction post-sale.
- Actively pursue upsell / cross-sell opportunities and gather market feedback to inform go-to-market improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
2+ years of hands-on B2B sales experience (field / on-site preferred) with consistent quota achievement.Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate business needs into solutions.Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and disciplined pipeline management.Excellent verbal and written communication in English; regional language skills (Hindi / other) advantageous.Ability to travel regularly within assigned territory and manage on-site client meetings effectively.Preferred
Experience in technology, software, services, or enterprise solutions sales.Track record of enterprise deal negotiation and closing multi-stakeholder opportunities.Benefits & Culture Highlights
