About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Core Project Manager with a strong background in managing end-to-end SAP implementations and upgrades. The ideal candidate will have pure project management experience, potentially including Scrum Master responsibilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise projects on time and within budget. This role demands strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle SAP projects (ECC, S / 4HANA, any functional or technical module) from initiation to closure.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

Manage cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, business analysts, and external vendors.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives (if Agile / Scrum is used).

Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery.

Communicate effectively with senior leadership, business users, and technical teams.

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

8+ years of project management experience, with at least 8+ years in SAP implementations & support.

Strong understanding of SAP modules and architecture (ECC, S / 4HANA, etc.).

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.

Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM) is a plus.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
