Role : Lead Engineer – Frontend (React & NextJS)

Experience : 8–10 years (currently working as Technical Lead with hands-on coding experience)

Education : B.E. / B.Tech

Location : Bangalore

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities :

Lead frontend development using React.js and Next.js with strong hands-on coding skills.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
Drive code quality, best practices, and performance optimization.
Mentor and guide junior engineers while being actively involved in development.
Contribute to architectural decisions for frontend applications.

Required Skills :

Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, CSS .

Hands-on experience with state management (Redux, Context API, etc.) .

Expertise in building scalable, performant, and secure frontend applications .

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud deployments .

Proven experience in leading teams while being an active coder .
