This role bridges product line management and product development, overseeing the journey from concept to commercialization. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet brand standards, market demands, and financial goals. Key responsibilities include managing product data, coordinating sample development, and contributing to operational efficiency.

Job Summary

We seek an experienced

QA Engineer

to ensure seamless functionality across our

NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM, Shopify eCommerce, and Celigo integrations . You will design test strategies, automate workflows, and safeguard data integrity across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Test Planning & Execution

Develop

end-to-end test plans

for :

NetSuite : Order-to-cash, inventory, and financial workflows.

Salesforce : Lead-to-opportunity, CPQ, and Service Cloud cases.

Shopify : Checkout, payment gateways, and product syncs.

Celigo : Validate data mappings (e.g., Shopify → NetSuite orders).

Execute

manual and automated tests

for releases, patches, and integrations.

2. Integration Testing

Verify

real-time data syncs

between systems (e.g., customer updates in Salesforce → NetSuite).

Debug

API failures

(Celigo flows, webhooks, REST / SOAP endpoints).

Audit

error logs

and escalate to developers.

3. Defect Management

Log defects in

Jira / Monday.com , including :

Steps to reproduce.

Screenshots / API payloads.

Severity (P0-P3).

Track resolution SLAs and retest fixes.

4. Automation & Tools

Build

Java / Selenium

or

Typescript / Playwright

scripts for regression testing.

Use

Celigo’s built-in debugger

to validate integration of jobs.

Leverage

NetSuite’s Suite Script

for custom test validations.

5. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure

GDPR / SOC2 compliance

in data handling.

Maintain

QA wikis

for test cases and runbooks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with strong expertise in NetSuite ERP and iPaaS tools.
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Shopify, or Celigo is a plus.

Testing Tools :

Postman / Swagger (API testing).

Selenium / Playwright (UI automation).

Playwright / Rest Assured (API Automation)

Jira / Xray (test management).

Platform-Specific Knowledge :

NetSuite : Saved searches, Suite Script, CSV imports.

Salesforce : Flows, validation rules, Apex triggers.

Shopify : Liquid templating, GraphQL API.

Celigo : Integration flows, error handling.
