Chef | Founding Team - Fast-Casual Western Cuisine Startup

Location : Bangalore | Employment Type : Full-time

About Bountiful Foods and Beyond We are a dynamic fast-casual startup launching our pilot concept within an exclusive residential community. Our mission is to redefine comfort food by making familiar Western cuisine exceptionally healthy, affordable, and palatable. We're looking for a passionate Chef to be a foundational part of our journey as we scale across the city.

The Role : What You'll Do

This is a ground-floor opportunity for an innovative chef ready to build a menu from scratch and lead operations.

  • Lead Menu Innovation : Take ownership of menu development for our Western Cuisine offerings, focusing on health-conscious and high-quality preparation.
  • Operational Management : Initially manage kitchen operations within our compact facility located in a premium apartment complex, serving a defined, high-volume customer base (the residents).
  • Quality Control : Establish and maintain high standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
  • Scheduling : Work with management to establish a fixed, efficient work schedule, covering key service windows within the food court's operating hours (7 : 00 AM – 10 : 30 PM).

What We're Looking For

  • Experience : Proven experience in preparing Western Cuisine in a commercial or fast-casual setting.
  • Language : Must be Proficient in English (written and verbal).
  • Commitment : Seeking a committed candidate for a minimum 2-year tenure to drive consistent menu and operational excellence.
  • Availability : Ability to start immediately is strongly preferred.
