About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery teams, drive sprint efficiency, and ensure continuous improvement in our product and project development cycles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles, hands-on experience in managing sprints, and a proven track record in guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams to ensure effective adoption of Scrum practices.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies - Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and manage product backlogs and ensure well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Drive the team to meet sprint goals and deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
• Monitor team progress and help remove impediments that hinder development or delivery.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts , to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Maintain and report key Agile metrics (Velocity, Burndown, etc.) for process improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement , collaboration, and innovation within the team.
• Identify process gaps and implement best practices in Agile delivery .
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles while balancing delivery timelines and technical excellence.
• Support organization-wide Agile transformation initiatives as needed.
