Hiring : Restaurant Manager (Captain cum Manager)

Location : The Bawa Bistro, Swastik Char Rasta, Ahmedabad

We’re hiring candidates from Ahmedabad to join The Bawa Bistro — the city’s beloved 16-seater destination for authentic home-style Parsi cuisine and premium catering.

As we prepare to expand, we’re looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager who can take charge of daily

operations, ensure top-notch guest experience, and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise service staff and ensure smooth restaurant operations

Manage customer service and handle guest feedback professionally

Coordinate between kitchen and service teams

Maintain stock, control wastage, and manage daily accounts

Plan staff schedules, lead briefings, and ensure hygiene compliance

Oversee catering orders (up to 100 guests)

Drive sales and maintain monthly performance reports

Job Details

Role : Full-time (Captain cum Manager)

Timings : 10 : 30 am – 3 : 30 pm & 6 : 30 pm – 11 : 30 pm (3-hour break)

Weekly Off : 1 day per week
