Position Summary

We are seeking two innovative, collaborative, and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associates to support both our Client Services and Product Management functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management :

• Assist in the creation of product marketing content (i.e. pitchbooks, monthly reporting, etc.)
• Own the diligence process for a specific fund, from basic client inquiries to requests for proposals
• Collaborate with team members across the firm to guide the production of monthly and quarterly materials such as credit sheets, portfolio exposures, investor breakdowns, and quarterly letters
