Director – Finance

Job descriptionOversee accounting, reporting, audits, and budgeting. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Manage relationships with auditors and financial institutions. Identify financial risks and strengthen internal controls. Manage grant finances and ensure timely donor reporting. Coordinate with program teams for accurate submissions. Develop strategies for long-term financial health and revenue diversification. Lead and mentor the finance team. Build a culture of accountability and excellence. Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting; MBA / CPA / CA preferred. 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector. Strong expertise in "nonprofit financial management" , fund accounting, and grant compliance is a must. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. High integrity with a commitment to transparency and accountability.
