Deep hands-on implementation experience in Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules and configuration. - Strong understanding of R12 architecture, setups (Multi-Org, Subinventories, Costing methods), master data design, item / organization structures. - Excellent stakeholder management, functional-to-technical translation, and leadership skills. - Ability to produce clear functional specs, test cases, training materials, and run workshops.

Preferred - Oracle EBS R12 SCM certification. - Experience leading cross-functional R12 implementations, including multi-country or multi-entity rollouts. "
