About the Job :
- The job entails working with existing set of clients as well as closely liaising with the strategy team for new business opportunities
- Build a knowledge base of each client's business, organisation, and objectives
- Understand client briefs and devise a strategy
- Interface with multiple teams within the organisation
- Build strong relationships with Marketplaces like Flipkart, Amazon, Qcom, BeautyCom and ePharmacies and seek regular intelligence
- Conceive for clients stand-alone or integrated Commerce strategies which might span from consulting and conception of business plans to non-media and media activations.
- Develop action plans for achieving and measuring Commerce campaign success, including determining key metrics, processes for measurement and optimization
- Monitor latest developments in the Commerce industry and foresee their implications for clients
- Be involved in client and inter-agency education of Commerce, and be responsible for preparing and presenting best practices, case studies and examples of Commerce strategies
- Compiling and analysing online sales data and metrics, provide actionable insights and make decisions regarding direction based on the analysis
