AjnaLens is looking for a sharp and reliable Junior Project Manager to join our team at Thane (Maharashtra India).

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our CEO and leadership team, contributing directly to research, strategy, and project execution.

Were seeking someone with 23 years of experience in project management or a similar role, preferably in high-paced environments where multitasking, problem-solving, and ownership are critical.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities :

  • Research, ideate, and execute strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Prepare structured presentations, reports, and project documentation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to track deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure alignment on key initiatives.

Minimum Work Experience Required :

  • 23 years of experience as a Junior Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or in a similar execution-focused role.
  • Strong experience in creating presentations and reports for leadership.
  • Exposure to fast-paced, dynamic environments requiring multitasking and ownership.

    • Top 5 Skills You Should Possess :

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva / Google Slides for impactful presentations.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
  • High attention to detail, ownership, and professionalism.
  • A problem-solving mindset with openness to take on varied responsibilities including research, documentation, and project execution.

    • What Youll Be Expected to Do :

  • Work closely with the CEO on strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and generate insights to support decision-making.
  • Draft, update, and maintain presentations, reports, and structured documentation.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring clear accountability across teams.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and new initiatives, driving them to execution.
