The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing large, high-performing teams, and delivering a world-class customer experience . This role demands a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution , with strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making, technology adoption, and on-ground field operations.
