The Impact You’ll Drive
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, DV360, and native platforms
Monitor performance metrics, extract insights, and drive continual improvement
Lead media conversations with internal teams, aligning creative, strategy, and servicing functions
Build and maintain relationships with clients, representing the agency in QBRs and business reviews
Develop training modules and documentation to standardize media operations
Drive award-worthy case studies & support pitch planning with strategic inputs
Conduct account audits for prospects, identifying opportunities for growth
Negotiate with vendors to ensure quality delivery within budgets
The Skills That Seal the Deal
1+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and media planning
Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DV360, and native ad platforms
Working knowledge of GenAI tools to streamline reporting and enhance planning efficiency
Experience across verticals like E-commerce, BFSI, Real Estate, Mobile, and Travel
Proficiency in analytics platforms like GA, Appsflyer, SimilarWeb, Adobe Analytics, and CleverTap
Strategic mindset with a curiosity to learn and adapt in a fast-moving digital landscape
Strong client communication and presentation skills
