About the Role
To set up and ensure the smooth operation of BI / Franchise-owned Authorized Service Centers (ASCs) across designated regions, ensuring adherence to company standards and delivering high-quality service for Air Brake Parts, ADB Parts, Clutch Booster segments, and other future product lines.
Education
should have at least 3 years of work ex in Air Brakes System .
Diploma / BE in Mech or Automobile is required
Responsibilities
ASC Setup & Franchise Management
Scout and identify suitable franchise partners in various cities within the region.
For BI-owned Service Centers, finalize appropriate locations for setup.
Prepare and submit detailed reports for management approval regarding franchise selection and site finalization.
Communicate approvals to franchisees and guide them in setting up ASCs as per BI standards.
Oversee branding and infrastructure setup at BI-approved ASCs.
Operational Coordination
Coordinate with Regional Parts Team to ensure seamless supply chain between distributor branches and ASCs.
Facilitate installation of test benches and other necessary equipment at BI-owned centers.
Organize training programs for newly onboarded ASC personnel.
Performance Monitoring & Support
Regularly review order and stock levels with distributor branches to ensure parts availability.
Monitor and report monthly performance metrics of ASCs.
Recommend warranty acceptance or rejection based on product inspection and company warranty policy.
Collaborate with Parts and Service teams to execute service campaigns and promote ASC activities.
