About Global Forwarding

Global Forwarding delivers cargo across our global network via road, rail, sea, and air. From loose cartons for consolidation and palletized cargo to moving dangerous goods and bulk commodities, we have the experience, the infrastructure, and the global network to get freight moving – across towns, across countries and across continents.

The opportunity

• Building Great Relationships : Be a friendly, professional contact for our customers.
• Smooth Sailing Transactions : Help with account management and ensure all transactions are processed efficiently.
• Product Expertise : Provide knowledgeable support and answer questions related to customer transactions and product use.
• Teamwork and Coordination : Work with internal and external partners to meet our service standards and contractual promises.
• Problem Solver : Quickly and effectively respond to customer questions and resolve issues following set processes.

This is an individual contributor role where you'll focus on a clear set of daily priorities. You'll follow established policies and procedures with support and guidance from your supervisor.

What You'll Need To Succeed

Experience in a customer service, administrative, or client-facing role in freight forwarding business.
