Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in English is required.
Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced professional to support and enhance our Global Trade Services (GTS) E4H platform operations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with end-users to address new requirements and resolve day-to-day issues related to the GTS E4H platform.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with end-users to gather, analyze, and document new business requirements.
- Provide timely support to end-users for operational issues related to the GTS E4H platform.
- Develop detailed specification documents to capture business needs and technical requirements.
- Contribute to the definition and optimization of business processes in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Support the AMS Team for issue resolution, enhancements, and system maintenance.
- Evaluate Customs Control Tower concept initiatives.
