🚨 We're Hiring : Part time Human Resource & Recruiting executive (India time zone)

📍 Location : Remote – Mumbai, Chennai, Pune preferable

🕒 Part-Time | Long-Term

Are you a detail-oriented professional with 4 to 5 year's experience in HR and Recruiting in an Accounting and Tax BPO (No IT recruiters please)? Do you have significant recruitment, on-boarding experience and working with remote team members? Do you thrive working in a fast-paced, remote environment? 💼 About the Role

As a HR & Recruiting Executive, you'll handle key HR tasks including Recruitment for the India based team of professionals. You should have an in depth knowledge of the hiring process in India including rules and regulations for hiring, evaluating and terminating employees and contractors. 📝 Key Responsibilities

Researching, identifying various job portals for recruiting US Accounting and US Tax professionals
Placing job advertisement in hiring portals as may be required
Evaluating resumes and conducting initial interviews of short listed candidates
Preparing appointment letters of selected candidates
Contacting 3rd party Background check company for conducting the necessary checks.
Calling up selected candidate’s professional references and former employers to complete the background checks
On a weekly basis speaking to team members and ensuring that they don’t have any HR related issues and team management
Identifying key performance matrix for team members and other performance initiatives that can be introduced.
Preparing termination letters and conducting exit interviews of candidates
Assisting and participating in quarterly evaluation of employee’s performance and addressing some of their concerns and issues
Any other HR matter that may be assigned by management

🧠 Essential Skills

Very strong work ethics and excellent communication skills – effectively communicate in spoken and written English

Must be able to work independently and multi-task in a very fast paced environment

Must be mature, forward thinking and willing to put in the time and effort to get the job done.

Ability to be proactive, strong in follow ups and providing proper HR advise to US management on a periodic basis is very critical aspect of the job.

✅ Preferred Qualifications

Experience dealing with remote teams and ensuring proper harmony and coordination between team members

Experience in recruiting candidates at short notice and well versed with Recruitment process.

Previous roles working in HR and Recruitment in a BPO is highly desirable

Bachelor’s degree

🛑 Note :

Must be available until 10 pm IST (Monday to Friday) if required due to time difference
