  • We are looking for an experienced International Reinsurance Contract Manager to join our team and support the management of accepted reinsurance contracts across the EA ME region. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in reinsurance operations, while building strong collaboration across departments and with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and complete accepted reinsurance contracts and related documentation in line with EA standards.
  • Review and provide first-level control of contract wordings with third parties.
  • Support contract data entry, monitoring, and reporting through MEAD.
  • Own and oversee the Business Acceptance Form (BAF) process.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (Underwriting, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to resolve queries and ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor countersignature processes and ensure contract integrity.
  • Support the development of template contracts and related documentation.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in insurance / reinsurance.
  • Strong knowledge of international reinsurance programmes and contracts.
  • Proven experience drafting reinsurance agreements.
  • Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency with contract systems and ability to work independently / remotely.
