Visual Design Lead

Role Overview :

The Graphic Design Manager will lead a dynamic team of designers and video editors to create compelling visual assets that elevate upGrad’s brand presence across digital, social, web, and print platforms. This role requires a blend of strategic design thinking, creative leadership, and hands-on design execution to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all marketing collaterals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers and motion graphics artists, driving design excellence and collaboration.
• Oversee the conceptualization and execution of campaigns, digital creatives, video storyboards, landing pages, and event branding.
• Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to translate business goals into impactful visual communication.
• Define and maintain the company’s visual identity, ensuring cohesive brand aesthetics across all channels.
• Manage the creative workflow, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality output.
• Review and approve key design deliverables;

coach team members on visual composition, typography, and storytelling.
