Job description1–3 years of experience as a UI / UX Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and presentation tools (PPT / Keynote). Strong understanding of responsive design principles. Experience in designing SaaS or product interfaces. Knowledge of design systems and reusable components. Strong communication skills to explain design decisions and collaborate with developers. Familiarity with user research, usability testing, and feedback incorporation. Experience working in a startup environment. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG). Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML / CSS) for smoother dev handoff.

Key Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications.
- Develop responsive interfaces that adapt across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions.
- Work with tools like Figma, Canva, and PowerPoint for design, prototyping, and presentations.
- Apply design principles (typography, spacing, hierarchy, accessibility) to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with developers, providing annotations, assets, and handoff-ready files.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and product goals.
