This is a strategic leadership roleyoull shape brand direction, grow accounts, and ensure every campaign delivers measurable impact.
What Youll Do
- Lead, mentor & manage a team of Brand Managers across multiple mandates (digital, media, creative, production, social).
- Ensure efficient workload delegation, time utilization & training based on industry trends.
- Drive PnL management, revenue targets, forecasting & cost control for client accounts.
- Identify business growth opportunities within existing accounts (upsell / cross-sell).
- Provide strategic brand leadershipideation, campaign planning, and problem-solving.
- Write and deliver effective, research-backed creative briefs.
- Manage high-visibility client relationships, ensuring retention & satisfaction.
- Oversee execution of multi-channel campaigns on time & within budget.
- Negotiate with vendors, partners & clients to deliver value.
- Keep teams aligned and projects on track despite competing You Bring
- 6+ years in marketing with agency experience (mainline and / or digital).
- Proven track record managing PnL for multiple large-scale clients.
- Hands-on experience across campaign types : digital, media, creative, production, social media.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting & cost management skills.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of marketing platforms & tools.
- Exceptional communication, leadership & negotiation skills.
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Mass Media, Marketing, or Advertising (digital certifications a plus).
