Key Responsibilities :
Conduct microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished food products.
Perform analytical tests for processed products, such as checking the Moisture, Salt, Acidity percentage. For oil checking TPM, FFA, PV
Maintain laboratory records, prepare technical reports, and document test results accurately.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance, R&D, and Production teams to ensure microbiological quality standards are met.
Ensure all testing complies with local, national, and international food safety regulations (e.g., FDA, USDA, ISO, HACCP, FSMA).
Requirements :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology,
Proven experience working in a food microbiology lab or food manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of food safety systems and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO 17025).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Effective communication and technical writing skills.
