This role is designed for a strategic thinker who blends analytical rigor with brand sensitivity, capable of elevating Moncler’s digital presence while driving measurable business growth.

Paid media plays a pivotal role in shaping how customers experience and interact with Moncler online. It is not simply about driving conversions — it’s about presenting the brand with elegance, precision, and emotion, while ensuring campaigns generate meaningful business outcomes.

You will help guide how new audiences discover Moncler, how existing customers re-engage, and how our digital presence reflects the excellence and discipline for which the maison is known.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage paid media strategy across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, high-end programmatic, and emerging luxury channels)
• Execute and optimize full-funnel campaigns — awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention
• Oversee audience segmentation, pixel tracking, attribution, and remarketing strategy
• Manage creative briefing, testing frameworks, and performance-driven creative alignment
• Monitor daily campaign performance, pacing, budgets, and KPIs to ensure efficiency and ROAS
• Deliver strategic insights with clear reporting and data interpretation
• Collaborate closely with brand, e-commerce, and content teams to unify performance with brand expression
• Identify innovation opportunities across media channels and market trends to maintain a competitive edge
