This Position reports to :

IS Service Owner

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be accountable to deliver and orchestrate the delivery of Information Systems (IS) service line operations activities. Each day, you will coordinate with and supervise internal and / or external third-party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.

This role is contributing to the Information System under infosec for Bangalore Location.

You will be mainly accountable for :

Oversee day-to-day operations of the UAM service, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, role and attribute-based access controls.

Ensure service delivery aligns with defined SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements.

Monitor service performance and support issue resolution in collaboration with suppliers.

Act as the operational interface between ABB and UAM service suppliers.

Coordinate task execution, escalations, and service improvements with supplier operations support teams.

Participate in regular service reviews and ensure suppliers adhere to contractual obligations and ABB standards.

Ensure UAM processes comply with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., ICOFR, SOX,GDPR).

Support audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

Contribute to process documentation and standardization efforts.

Work closely with HR, IT security, application owners, and business units to ensure accurate and timely access provisioning.

Qualifications for the role :

Bachelor’s or master’s Degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Math or similar.

15 plus years of relevant experience, preferably in identity and access management.

Experience working with or managing outsourced service providers.

Familiarity with IAM tools (e.g., AD, Entra ID and conditional access, Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta) and ITIL V4 practices.

Security certifications are preferable.
