Hiring : Founder’s Office Associate (Full-Time | Remote)

High-intensity. High-learning. High-impact.

We’re building Gynexa, a women’s health platform using a gender-sensitive lens and we’re looking for a smart generalist who loves solving real problems and wants to help build from Day 0.

You’ll work on :

  • User testing & product improvements
  • Social media & content
  • Provider onboarding
  • Product ops, QA, docs & processes

You’re someone who :

  • Has 1–3 years of experience in product, content, ops, research or a generalist role
  • Has a strong bias for action
  • Communicates clearly (written + visual)
  • Is curious, organised, and loves fast-paced work
  • Has experience in product design (desirable)

    • Skills that help :

  • User research & feedback synthesis
  • Tech / tool comfort, for example (must be conversant with a couple of these) Notion, Airtable, Figma, Google Workspace, Canva, basic analytics tools
  • Light design + social media writing
  • Process building & ops coordination
  • Data comfort + structured documentation

    • Bonus : healthcare, community building, or early-startup experience.
