Job Requirement :
- Excellent communication skills.
- Candidates should have International customer service experience VOICE / CHAT Banking, Financial Services and Insurance domain is preferred.
- Graduate and above with minimum 12 months of experience and HSC with minimum of 18 months of experience with a maximum 5 years of experience in the contact center industry.
- Ability to work in any UK shifts.
- Mode of Salary credit should be through banks from all the employers (No cash in hand)
- All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have
