Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Python Developer. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Python-based applications and tools to support trading strategies and financial analytics. Daily responsibilities include writing efficient and scalable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing system performance, and troubleshooting issues. The developer will also work on integrating third-party APIs and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with frameworks like Django or Flask

Knowledge of financial markets, data structures, and algorithm design

Experience working with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data analysis tools

Familiarity with version control systems like Git and working in an Agile development environment

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code, with experience in debugging

Solid analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills

An understanding of trading systems and previous experience with financial technologies is an advantage

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field preferred
