Job Type :  Full-Time (1-Month Probation; Full-Time Opportunity Based on Performance)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is skilled in content creation, planning, and managing social platforms. The role involves developing strategies, creating engaging content, and contributing to the brand’s growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage social media platforms including Instagram, , X, and Pinterest.
  • Develop and execute monthly content plans and posting schedules.
  • Ideate, create, and appear in short-form video content when required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, influencers, and partners for campaigns.
  • Set up and optimize social media advertising campaigns.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to improve content effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, algorithms, and new features.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in social media management.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, engagement strategies, and paid promotions.
  • Creativity in content planning, scripting, and storytelling.
  • Good on-camera presence for reels and video content.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or any scheduling tool is a plus.
