1. Documentation Management

• Maintain daily backup reports, error history logbook, and updates in the Emsigner application.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of backup systems, processes, and configurations.
• Maintain backup and restore documentation as per SOP.
• Record and document backup and restore failures as per SOP.
• Manage backup operations, off-site Tape Media, and inventory / asset management.
• Replace tapes in the tape library and maintain accurate asset inventory records.
• Perform data verification from disk and tape as per SOP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for documentation.
• Ensure all documentation is maintained without tampering and is legible.
• Complete the required training's as per SOP.
