Job descriptionDesign Leadership : Develop and execute Furniture design concepts that meet client needs and enhance functionality and aesthetics. Project Management : Oversee all phases of the Furniture design process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Client Interaction : Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their vision and translating it into actionable design strategies. Team Collaboration : Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment. Documentation : Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations for client approval. Material Selection : Source and recommend furnishings, materials, and finishes that align with project goals. Site Visits : Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure design integrity, and resolve any issues that arise. Trend Awareness : Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
